Bsnl was giving free gprs for 1 month. i think, now for most ,dat 1 month is over. but u dont worry. just continue dat with below trick.
first dwnload an operamini handler. now fill the http server and socket server as below,..
http://wap.cellone.in.php.server4.operamini.com:80/
( in socket server use socket:// instead of http://and 1080 instead of 80 )
leave al othr boxes blank. u r done. now its absolutely free. USE BELOW SETTINGS;
APN:portalsouth.cellone.in
ip:10.220.67.131
port:8080
its working in kerala for 2g and 3G . For othr states use bsnlportal as apn and try.
